Bananas bananas, I like to eat bananas
I put em’ in my backpack when I take my lunch to school
I put ‘em in the freezer for a sweet that’s extra cool
In smoothies they’re delicious, a good and creamy treat
They’re also most nutritious for my head down to my feet

I eat’em with my cereal, they’re so good for my heart
I eat ‘em with my dinner and they make me very smart
They’re great for extra “get up” when I am on the “go”
They give my body energy and never make me slow

she says they give me fiber and they won’t make me fat
I think they’re just ‘bout perfect for what I want to eat
They make my tummy happy
And they peel down nice and neat
